About This Event:
Come join us for a show curated by Tabria Williford, founder of Tawa Threads. When Our Sun Rises is a diverse exhibition of local and national acclaimed artists. Our exhibition showcases outdoor-centric artwork from 30+ BIPOC, queer, and individuals with disabilities creators. Participating artists receive 100% on commission for any work sold during the exhibition. Additionally, select artists will be offering specials and discounts on their shop.
The event will be an evening filled with celebration and festivities and will include:
- Art exhibition
- Complimentary bar
- Food trucks
- Live painting
- Music on the lawn
- Plant workshop
- Photo booth and more!
You’ll also have the opportunity to support local non-profits like GirlForward, Future Front, and Explore Austin!
