When will my order ship?
All orders of in-stock products will ship in 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday) from Austin, TX.
How should I take care of my new products?
While textiles are washing machine approved, we encourage you to handwash, avoid wringing, and hang dry to preserve the material. To get rid of wrinkles, spread out the material and spray your products with water, then steam or iron on high heat.
Do you do commission pieces?
While we don’t currently offer commission pieces, we plan to explore commission opportunities for small businesses and organizations starting in 2023. Do you do wholesale?
We do offer wholesale orders at this time! If you’re interested in submitting an inquiry, please complete this survey.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t currently offer international shipping however, this is a high priority, and we plan on offering it no later than November 2022. Please check back on our website then.
The item that was shipped is not what I expected, can I return it?
Please make sure you read all the item descriptions to get an idea of what your products look like before purchasing. All products, besides our bandanas, are handmade. Please note, due to the nature of hand block printing, slight variations and imperfections might occur. That’s what makes your piece unique!
